The Director of Development for the USF College of Marine Sciences, Howard Rutherford, stops by the studio to talk science festivals.  St Pete has quietly emerged as a thought leader in the science festival space, growing a great local festival and mentoring 3 additional festivals in Florida and beyond.  Now Rutherford is building an even broader network of festivals which will bring science to the people, sometimes accompanied by humor or beer.
