at the St. Petersburg Science Festival.
Thank you to our wonderful Volunteers who helped guide school group, direct visitors, assist exhibitors and so much more at the 2026 Festival!
We will open 2027 volunteer registration in December 2026.
Each year we have many opportunities for volunteers to share their time, energy, and talents as we connect the community with the wonders of STEAM.
All shifts are 3 hours. All volunteers receive a Science Festival t-shirt.
Volunteers are free to sign up for as many days/shifts as you are willing to work. Younger volunteers (ages 11-15) can volunteer with our Junior Scientist Program. Volunteers (ages 16-17) can either volunteer through the Junior Scientist Program or be a general festival volunteer.
Please note that this sign-up for volunteers that help run the festival itself. Those who have made arrangements to volunteer with a particular exhibitor do not need to sign-up here.
